Paddy's Go On Tour 2018
Enough Chat - Time for the Ride Report! - I'll break this down into a day by day write up - easier for me and hopefully for you to read too. 😃
Day 0 - Dublin to Memmingen
No real bike riding here - just a flight from Dublin to Memmingen with Ryanair which thankfully went as scheduled! With all the strike action, it was only the day before that we knew it would definitely go.
Myself and Pauline picked up Brian and Jim on the way to the airport. All of us were buzzing with excitement which only increased when we met the rest of the crew at the airport. A traditional final pint of Guinness was had before we boarded. Just the one though, as we'd be collecting the bikes after we landed.

Once we landed we headed for the bike depot to gear up, collect the bikes, and head for our first hotel. As we landed around 6pm our first night was spent in the Riku Hotel in Memmingen, just 15 mins ride from the airport.

With a brewery and restaurant attached to the hotel, we had everything we needed to hand, typical Irish! After a hearty meal and a few pints we headed for bed full of excitement and anticipation.
